snapshot available. When we perform a restoration, we look for a copy

of what your mailbox looked like at a specific point in time just prior

to your requested restore time. Unfortunately, too much time has passed

and such a copy no longer exists for your account at the requested time.

Please note that all action possible has been taken to recover your lost

messages, but unfortunately we will not be able to retrieve them.

Alternative sending email address.

Troubleshooting steps:Guided the customer in adding an email account

from his Yahoo! Mail account. Verified the email account to access and

escalate the issue he has in his email account.

Reason for escalating: Customer is able to add to the Mail Accounts

section the gmail account he has, but the confirmation email was not

seen from the email account that has been added.
